Ms. Moore is a Speech-Language Pathologist, a professional opera singer, and a teacher of singing. She received her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Lehman College, City University of New York and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from University of Texas at El Paso and studied Opera Performance at University of Texas in Austin. Ms. Moore has performed with Metropolitan Opera, New York City Opera, and on other national and international stages. She is a former winner of the Liederkranz Foundation’s National Wagnerian Vocal Competition. As a speech pathologist, Ms. Moore specializes in voice therapy for professional singers and speakers. She has also worked in clinical settings and within the public schools. Her scope of treatment has ranged from voluntary accent reduction to individuals with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Aphasia as well as children with articulation delays, and language delays or disorders.

Ms. Moore is an LSVT LOUD® certified therapist and a Guardian NMES® trained specialist. Professional memberships include: ASHA (American Speech-Language Hearing Association), AGMA (American Guild of Musical Artists), and NYSTA (New York Singing Teachers Association). Ms. Moore’s educational background, combination of skills, and experience as a singer and as a clinician make her uniquely qualified to care for the professional voice patient.
